With access to medical reports and history online, NRIs can easily obtain 2nd opinions from physicians in their local country. If this capability were absent, our customers would have to personally make arrangements (if possible)- arrange transportation, contact hospitals, confirm identity, fax documents back and forth, research hospitals and doctors, etc. The value that we bring to the table is that we eliminate the time, effort, frustration, and stress of these tasks for NRIs and bring all of this capability to them with a few clicks of a mouse and a web browser.
