This program incorporates principles of preventive medicine and continuity in care. We will do a baseline health evaluation and identify the active health issues needing attention. Our health care staff will develop a healthcare plan and do regular follow up to maintain good health. The progress report will be made available online with their medication and recommendation. The online report will can also serve as a medical record (recording BP, Sugar, Cholesterol). We can also work with your existing healthcare provider.

2. Monthly phone based assessment by our healthcare staff.
3. Home Visit every other month
4. Travel planning
5. Pickup and Drop twice – regular cab
6. Accompanying attendant to make the visit comfortable
7. Original report delivered to dependant
8. Online health records which will track progress based on quality care parameters.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR HEALTH CHECK
• To confirm convenient time to NriHealth and be available for the appointment on the designated day and time
• To come after 8 to 12 hours of fasting (coffee, tea, milk not permitted)
• To avoid meat in the diet, 2 days prior to the check
• To carry all previous Medical Records and films for reference
• If on any medication, to bring all medicines and remember to have it after breakfast
• To be available to come back for a final consultation on the same day evening or on the subsequent day according to the consulting hours of the physician.
